Further Studies In Dental Assisting...

Once you have completed the SmileCare Dental Assistants Training Program your first priority will, of course, be to find a job. After all, we are certain that you will be filled with excitement to put into practice everything that you will learn with us.

You should keep in mind, though, that once you find a job you need to continue developing your knowledge.

Many of our graduates have made the very smart choice of completing a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (HLT31807) at their local TAFE college.

Completing a Certificate III in Dental Assisting will give formal recognition of your knowledge and practical skills and will allow you to negotiate higher salaries.

Please note that the Certificate III in Dental Assisting does have a clinical component and you will need to be working as a dental assistant in order to complete this course.

Once you complete your Certificate III in Dental Assisting you have the option to further continue your studies by completing a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting and specialising either in Dental Radiography or Oral Health Education.
